Shepard NS-13 spacecraft
suborbital launch to space,
Cancelled Van Horn TX 13-October-2020.
Blue Origin’s New Shepard rocket successfully launched an uncrewed test flight on October 13, with both its capsule and booster later executing a flawless landing. The launch vehicle, which consists of a reusable rocket and space capsule, lifted off from the company’s suborbital launch facility known as Corn Ranch in Van Horn, Texas, at 13:36 UTC (8:36 a.m. Central Time). After separating from the rocket booster, the capsule gently parachuted back down to Earth while the booster executed a flawless vertical landing. This NS-13 test mission was the seventh consecutive test flight of this particular rocket booster and the thirteenth flight for Blue Origin’s New Shepard program. The booster then returned to Earth about 8 minutes after liftoff; the capsule then followed suit with a clean landing about 10 minutes later.
