These are unused. Military Issued. They have been stored in wooden crates outdoors. They might be spots on them from rainwater seeping through the crates. They are totally functional. They have been filled with air to test leakage. Comes with water valve and D-Rings on each end. Made of Heavy Duty Zodiac and Avalon Boat material. Very durable and hard to puncture.
