A 1st Day Issue Canal Zone Cover commemorating the First Day Issue of the 2 cent, General George Washington Goethals stamp  shown here. Dated 1 October, 1928, and cancelled BALBOA HEIGHTS CANAL ZONE. Cover is in excellent condition.
